Vocabulary: words and verbs related to wild animals - Verbs and words related to
wild animals – names, body parts, habitats and abilities. E.g. dolphin gorilla,
swim, dangerous, captivity, intelligent cold-blooded etc.
Reading: Answering questions about a text, matching, finding words in text.
Tasks: Matching definitions, gap filler, ordering words to form sentences.
Writing: Describe your favourite animal OR Planning a trip to the zoo.
Time Limit: 40 / 45 minutes
2nd CYCLE OF SECONDARY (3r i 4t D'ESO)
Vocabulary: animal names, body parts,
habitat and abilities, environmental issues e.g. pollution, hunting, climatic
change.
Reading: Answering questions about a
text, choosing the correct word, matching.
Tasks: Matching definitions, answering questions, gap
filler, ordering words to form sentences, choosing correct tense (past tenses),
gerunds and infinitives (ESO 4).
Writing: Describe an animal and its
habitat (Fact File) OR Ideas on how to help an endangered species?
Time Limit: 40 /45 minutes
